"It's a clean business hotel. The bedding was clean and good, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the heater running all night. The space is also very small, so it's a hotel suitable for a quick night's sleep."

"This place would be truly great if they could just fix the parking issue. The parking lot was incredibly cramped, making it very difficult to park. We couldn't even pull up to the hotel entrance to unload, so we had to park on the second floor and haul our luggage down. Other services were just so-so. The kids grumbled that the room was a bit small, but it was acceptable given the price. The view of Jinjuseong Fortress, though, was absolutely fantastic. Oh, and on our second day, the conditioner and shower gel dispensers were refilled incorrectly – they had swapped the contents. As someone who occasionally uses hotel amenities, this was quite a confusing experience. However, the location was excellent, within walking distance of Jinjuseong Fortress, Jinju National Museum, the Yudeng Lantern Exhibition Hall, and the ferry dock where you can experience the Gim Siminho boat."

"2025년7월15일 PM 14:30, 체크인 시간보다 30분 이른 시간이라 걱정됐는데, 체크인 하시는 호텔 직원이 ”날씨가 덥고 마침 Room-Clean 이 마무리 되었기 때문에 문제가 없다. 지금 가능하다”라고 말씀해 주셨다. 혹시 몰라 외국인 두 분을 내 차에 대기 시킨 상태라 너무 고마웠다. 그날 오후 PM16:00, Business-Meeting이 약속되어 있어, 김해공항에서 픽업 한 상황이라 시원한 샤워를 하고 개운한 마음으로 진행하고 싶은 마음이 간절했기 때문이다. 거리 상 시간 상 충분했기 때문이었다. 체크 아웃 시, 담당 직원의 외국인 분들에 대한 영수증 처리도 마찬가지였다. 약간의 무리하다고 할 정도의 요구에도 불구하고 상냥하고 신속하게 처리해주시는 모습이 보기 좋았다. 진주 동방호텔 구성원 여러분의 일에 대한 프로 정신, 친절함/신속함/상냥함/매끄러움과 더불어 항시 미소 띈 모습이 보기 좋았습니디. 감사합니다. 진주 동방호텔의 고객입장에서 ^^^~~~^^^"

"The room was a bit chilly as it lacked the traditional 'ondol' heated floor. The carpeted floors were also a minor drawback, and the ongoing parking lot construction caused some inconvenience."

"Really nice hotel. Free coffee machines and breakfast area. The Owl theme was cute. The view was meh, but we only needed this to be a comfortable place to visit Jinju, so it was perfect for that purpose."

"Very well located, near the fort; the hotel itself has come a little in the years and has seen better times. The equipment was still ok, there was also a oven, glazed iron, refrigerator for drinks. There was a bathtub and a shower, the clothes were separated from it. The host hardly spoke English, but we could agree with Papago. He was very friendly and helpful. To check in, you have to call him (the telephone number is also on the lift). The hotel was very comfortable for the cheap price."
